Shanti Guy is writer, artist and author of the new Catholic Comic Book Saint Michael Defend us In Battle. Father of 6 and a devout Catholic, Shanti has spent over 2 decades telling exciting stories to spark his children’s imagination and set them on fire about their faith. His comic books recount real apparitions of Saint Michael. His latest comic is a prequel to his debut Saint Michael Above the 38th Parallel of which 10,000 copies have been distributed directly to troops in the US military through the Augustine Institute’s Light House Military Support Association.

Shanti graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Visual Design and Digital Communications, was Director of Communications for Fisher More Catholic College, worked as a User Experience Designer for several fortune 500 companies and even cooked pizzas in high school so he always has that to fall back on if this writer/illustrator thing doesn’t work out.

A 5th generation Texan, Shanti lives in Ft. Worth with his wife, 6 children and 3 grandchildren. When he is not writing and illustrating, you can find him with his family at the local Latin Mass (probably in the confession line) or with any of his 4 sons fly fishing, coaching youth boxing or building and ridding custom motorcycles.
